Scratchy, by Federico Infelici, Italy, helps you show your partner where to scratch your back. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Personal, respectful use

Use Scratchy for personal, non-commercial purposes. Always respect your partner's consent and comfort. Do not share unlawful images or images without permission, harass others, access other people's rooms or disrupt the service. Do not publish room codes, tokens or photo URLs.

A little help, without warranties

Scratchy is provided as is, without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law. Connections may fail and rooms may expire. The app does not provide medical advice. Stop if scratching causes pain or irritation. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Images and intellectual property

Your photos remain yours; you authorize only their temporary processing for sharing in your room. The app, illustrations and content are protected by copyright © Federico Infelici & Madalin Catelea. Do not copy or distribute them without permission.
